Typescript reports [manuscript]. 1944-1964.

Typescript confidential reports by E. H. Cox written to Sir Keith Murdoch and Sir John Williams. Reports were designed to supplement ordinary news material and contain descriptions of the Canberra Parliamentary scene including information on the Curtin, Chifley and Menzies Governments, World War II, the Cold War and the defeat of the Chifley Government in 1949. Papers also include typescript summaries of a number of talks that E. H. Cox had with Scripov, the Soviet Embassy spy in 1962.
